Pomodorina
290 g n.w. glass jar
Pomodorina sauce is prepared with the best fresh tomatoes processed at the height of the season and the varieties of vegetables used give the product a homemade taste.
Ready sauce excellent for pasta and rice dishes, but also ideal for crostini, pizzas, bruschettas, for sauces in main courses and stews and where a tomato sauce is required.
This italian tomato sauce excellent if combined with pesto which gives it a very fresh and summery taste.
Ingredients:
Recommended recipe
(for 4 people):
250 g garganelli
100 g sausage
half a glass of red wine (Chianti, Barolo or Barbera)
half a small onion
oil
salt
pepper
1 jar of Wild Hare Sauce
4 spoonfuls of Pomodorina
Cook the garganelli until they are al dente. Brown the chopped onion and sausage previously broken into pieces in a saucepan with some oil. Add the red wine and allow it to evaporate. Pour over the Wild Hare Sauce and mix well. Add Pomodorina, salt and pepper; boil for a few minutes, dress or sauté the garganelli in the sauce and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
